British Airways

The British Airways office we have is at F-32, 1st Flor, Jeevan Park on Pankha Road. We are right opposite Janak Puri A-1 in Newdelhi-110 059. It’s a busy stretch of road, and you can always hear the traffic moving outside. Being on the first floor, we get a good view of the street, but it also means we hear every loud engine that goes by. This isn't the airport, so there are no planes here, just a lot of phones ringing and computers buzzing. We handle a lot of the customer queries and booking details from this spot. The office is a bit cramped with all the filing cabinets and desks squeezed in. There is a small corner where we keep the water cooler and a stack of paper cups. 110 059 is a lively area, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite during lunch. The stairs leading up to the office are a bit narrow, and the paint is peeling a little in the hallway. We don't have any big flashy screens showing flight paths, just our regular monitors and a lot of sticky notes everywhere. It’s a practical place where we sort out travel issues and help people get where they need to go. We’ve been here at Jeevan Park for quite some time now, and it’s just our regular daily spot for work. We just sit here and do the paperwork.
