British Airways

This is our local base for British Airways work in Gurgaon, located at House Number 436/3 on A-Road in Sector 12. We are right near the new telephone exchange, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an airline office since it’s more of a residential-style building, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the back-end support and administrative tasks here. The office is tucked away, so it’s actually quite peaceful compared to the main market area. We have a small team of people who show up every morning, grab a tea from the stall nearby, and get to work. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and has enough room for all our equipment. We don’t have a fancy lobby or uniformed staff greeting people at the door. It’s just us in our regular clothes, sitting at our desks and making sure the information flow stays steady. Being near the telephone exchange means we usually don’t have too many problems with connectivity, which is good for what we do. It’s a very local feel for such a big name, but that’s how we like it. We focus on our daily lists and keep things running without making much of a noise in the neighborhood. Sometimes the parking out front is tight, so we have to shuffle cars around, but we manage. It is a quiet, steady place to get our work done away from the main city rush.
