British Airways has an office over at 306, Siddhi Vinayak Apartments, which is on Plot No. 65 in Sector 55, Gurgaon. It might seem a bit strange to have a travel-related office in an apartment building, but it actually works out pretty well for us. It’s much quieter than being in a big mall or a skyscraper. We have been in this part of Haryana for several years now. The office is just a few rooms where we sit and handle customer queries and travel details. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy showroom. It’s just us and our computers. Sector 55 is a nice area, and we like the fact that we can just walk out and find a decent place for lunch. Our address at 306 is where we spend our days. We don't use a lot of formal language or corporate speak when we talk to people. We just try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. Gurgaon is a very busy city, but our little corner feels a bit more relaxed. We've got a small team here, and we’ve all been working together for a while. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. If you ever need to find us, just look for Plot No. 65.
