We started Brightsun Travle Pvt. Ltd. over here at 875/5 in Patel Nagar quite a while back. Gurgaon is a busy place, and we just wanted to help people get where they need to go without too much fuss. It's a small office, mostly just us handling bookings and figuring out routes for folks who walk in. Some days are quieter than others. We deal with trains, flights, and the usual stuff you expect when you're planning a trip. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking gets tricky, but we just sit down and work through it until it's sorted. It isn't a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. We just have our desks, some old files, and a telephone that rings more than you'd think. People from the neighborhood stop by to ask about ticket prices or just to see what’s new with travel rules. We know the local area well since we've been at this spot for years. If you're walking around Patel Nagar, you'll probably see our sign. We keep things pretty simple here. No big speeches about changing the world, just making sure your tickets are printed right and you get to your destination on time. It is a lot of paperwork, honestly, but it keeps us busy. We like seeing the same faces coming back year after year. It feels good to be a part of the local street life here in Gurgaon.
