Our place is tucked away in Paschim Vihar, specifically over in Gh-13. It’s a pretty standard Delhi residential area, so it doesn’t feel like a big flashy office building. We’ve been here for a bit, handling travel tickets and plans for whoever walks in or calls. Living and working in New Delhi means you get used to the noise and the constant movement. Our office inside 1051 isn't anything special to look at, just where we do the work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or checking schedules on the computer. It gets busy, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to leave the city at the same time. We try to be straightforward with people. If a flight is expensive, we tell them. There’s no point in sugarcoating it. Most of our neighbors know us by now. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure names are spelled right on visas and tickets. Mistakes are easy to make in this business, so we try to double-check things, even if the office feels a bit chaotic on a Monday morning. It’s a local business, run by people who live right around here. We just want to get the job done and go home to our families like everyone else in Paschim Vihar. It is a simple setup, but it works for us and the people who come to see us.
