Our travel shop is over in Vijay Enclave, located at Rz - D1 / 126 in the Vinod Puri area. The office is named after Govind Singh, and we have been helping the local community with their travel for quite a few years now. It’s a small, modest place that you might miss if you aren't looking for it. We don't have any flashy marketing or big window displays. Inside, it’s just a couple of desks with computers and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their trips. We handle things like flight bookings and visa help for people living nearby. It’s a very casual environment. We often know the people who walk in because they are our neighbors. There is usually some tea on the desk and papers scattered around. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy corporate language; we just tell people the prices and the dates that are available. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just take it one customer at a time. The neighborhood is quite lively, so there is always some noise from the street coming through the door. We don't mind it much. We just focus on getting the tickets booked and making sure everyone has what they need for their journey. It is just a simple, local business doing its thing.
