We’re over at C-40 in the STC Colony, which is a part of Malviya Nagar in New Delhi. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, mostly full of families and regular houses, so our office fits in pretty well without standing out too much. We’ve been here for a long while now, helping people figure out their travel plans and get their documents in order. It’s not a huge operation at all, just a few of us sitting at desks surrounded by travel brochures and stacks of booking confirmations. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking flight prices on the computers. Sometimes people from the neighborhood drop by to ask questions about visas or tour packages, and we do our best to help them out without making the process too complicated. The office itself is pretty basic and functional. We have some old wooden desks and a few extra chairs for when visitors come in. We don't have a big marketing budget, so most of the people who use our services are regulars or they heard about us from a friend or neighbor. The Malviya Nagar area is usually very busy, but our little corner in the colony stays relatively calm most of the time. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the small details that matter. Sometimes we have to stay late when there are problems with international flights, but it's just part of the job.
