Our little spot in Rohini, specifically over in Sector-5, has been our home base for quite some time. House No: 187 in Block B-8 is where we spend most of our hours. It’s not a huge, shiny corporate building, but it works for what we do. We help people figure out their travel stuff, whether they're going nearby or far away. Dealing with tickets and itineraries can get complicated, so we just try to keep it simple and get things right. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones won't stop ringing, but that’s just how it goes in a travel office. People come in with all sorts of questions, and we do our bit to find answers. We’ve been in this part of Delhi long enough to know the neighborhood well. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels more like a community than a business hub. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us sitting at our desks, looking at screens, and talking to folks who want to go somewhere. We try to be helpful and stay patient even when things get hectic during the holiday seasons. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we like being right here in the middle of Rohini. We keep things moving and try to make sure nobody gets stuck. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes but we usually manage to get everyone where they need to go.
