Brightsun Tarvel Pvt. Ltd. is based in Prem Nagar, specifically at House No. 317/2. This is inside the property belonging to Colonel Rao Jain Singh. We are right across from the Ajit Cinema in Gurgaon, so it is quite a busy part of town. The cinema brings in a lot of people, especially in the evenings. Our office is more like a converted part of the house. We have our desks set up with phones and computers to handle all the travel bookings. It feels more like a home office than a big corporate building. There is a small gate you come through and some space to park a scooter or two. Inside, we have maps on the walls and stacks of brochures. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to airlines and customers. It can get a bit loud when the traffic outside Ajit Cinema picks up. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we know the local area well. We usually have the tea man come by twice a day. It is a straightforward operation without any big frills. We just come in, do the work, and make sure everyone’s travel plans are sorted out before we head home. It is a familiar routine in a very busy part of Gurgaon and we like it.
