Our travel office is located C/O Bikram Singh Rawat at P-11/1 in the Dundahera Army Camp area of Gurgaon. It’s an interesting place to be because of all the military presence around us. It makes the whole area feel very different from the rest of busy Gurgaon. We focus on travel, so we are constantly looking at flights and train schedules. People come to us when they need to get somewhere, and we try to find them a way. It is a small place, not a big shiny agency with posters everywhere. We just have our computers and some chairs for people to sit. Bikram Singh Rawat has been here for a long time. The office is simple and we don’t spend money on fancy things. Most of the day is spent dealing with the traffic in Dundahera or talking to airlines. It gets loud outside with the trucks and cars passing by the camp. We just keep our heads down and try to get the best routes for the folks who ask. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, but we are always here during the day. We don’t make big promises, we just try to get the tickets booked correctly. It’s just a regular local travel shop doing its thing. It isn't a huge operation but we know how to use the systems and we help out whoever comes through the door looking for a ride.
