Our office is located in the Herbinder Sing Tokes Building, which sits in a busy lane near the hospital in Munirka, New Delhi. It is a bit of a crowded spot, and finding a place to park can be a real headache most days. Inside, the place is full of computers, stacks of paper, and the constant sound of phones ringing. We are a small team of people who spend our time booking flights and helping folks figure out their travel plans. It is not as glamorous as it sounds; it is mostly just a lot of typing and checking names and dates over and over again. We have been in this part of Delhi for a long time. Munirka is a noisy place, but we have gotten used to the sound of the traffic and the people outside. We do not have any polished marketing slogans to share. We just sit here and do the paperwork that comes with travel. Sometimes the rules for visas or tickets change overnight, and we have to scramble to get everything right for the people who come to us.
