We are located at Uv-67 in Phase-4 of Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. It’s a busy part of Haryana, and being in Phase-4 means there are factories and warehouses all around us. We deal with all sorts of machinery here at Uv-67. Our yard is usually full of different pieces of equipment, some brand new and some that have seen better days. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around with the forklift. The Gurgaon sun can be really intense, especially when you’re out in the yard, so we try to get the outdoor work done early in the morning. The office is a small room inside the main building where we keep all the manuals and files. It’s usually a bit of a mess with papers everywhere, but we know where the important stuff is. People come from all over India to look at the machines we have, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or walking people around the site. We don't have any fancy showrooms. What you see is what you get—just machines and the people who know how they work. Sometimes the tea man comes by on his cycle and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We’ve been in Udyog Vihar for years and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of the area. We just keep at it and handle things as they come.
