Bestech Group

We are located on the ground floor of a house in South City 2, Gurgaon. Our address is House No. I 61 A, in Block I. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in one of those huge office towers. We do a lot of work in real estate and construction, so there are always people coming in with maps or site plans. The office feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have our desks set up in what would normally be the living areas. It can get a bit crowded when the whole team is in, but we like the feeling of being in a real neighborhood. You can hear the neighbors and the local delivery bikes going past the window. We spend a lot of time on the phone or having meetings around a simple table. There isn't any big sign on the door, just a small one so people know they’ve found the right house. We have our tea breaks in the little courtyard out front when the weather isn't too hot. Gurgaon can get very dusty, so we are always cleaning the windows. We don't really care for fancy titles or polished marketing talk. We just want to make sure the buildings we’re working on are getting finished. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Most of us have been with Bestech for a while and we just know how things are supposed to go.
