We are located out in IMT Manesar, Sector 7. If you're driving around there, look for the big water tank, we are right near it at plot 74. It’s a bit of a drive from the city, but that is where all the industrial action is. The workshop floor is where most of us spend our time. It’s usually got that smell of oil and metal. We do a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves. It's not a shiny corporate office; it’s a place where work actually happens. We’ve got some old machines that still run perfectly and some newer ones we’re still getting used to. The tea break is the highlight of the afternoon for most of the guys. We talk about the work or whatever else is on our minds. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector, but we have a backup to keep things going. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the parts we make. Sometimes the yard gets a bit cluttered with crates and raw materials waiting to be moved. We try to keep it tidy but when it’s busy, that is the first thing to go. It is a honest living and we've been at this spot for several years now. Most of our clients have been with us since the start. They know where to find us. It’s a loud place but it’s our place.
