Our office is situated on Brahi Road in Bahadurgarh, which is just a bit away from the main rush of the big city. We are near Nehru Park, a landmark that most people in this area know quite well. We handle travel arrangements, which basically means we spend our whole day staring at computer screens and talking on the phone. Bahadurgarh is a place that is growing fast with all the new factories, and we have seen the area change a lot since we started. The work we do is very practical. We book tickets, look for hotel rooms, and try to help when a flight gets cancelled or a train is late. It can be a bit of a mess sometimes when the systems go down, but we just deal with it as it comes. We do not have any big corporate goals or fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a few people working in a plain office. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, which is just how it is in Haryana, so we just wait for the generator to kick in and keep going. We do not make big promises to anyone. We just do the bookings and try to make sure everything is in order. It is just a regular job in a regular town. We like the pace here and the fact that we know our neighbors.
