Bawarchi Fine Dinning Restaurant & Bar.

Bawarchi Fine Dinning Restaurant & Bar is our place. It is located at H-82A on the 3rd Floor. We are in Gali No -3, which is in Garwali Mohalla. This is right in Lalita Park, Laxmi Nager, Newdelhi-110092. It is a bit of a climb since we are up on the third floor, but that is where everything happens. Laxmi Nagar is always crowded and there is always something going on in the streets below us. We spend a lot of time getting things ready for customers who come by. It is not a huge corporate space, just a local spot where we try to keep things running. The address is a bit long to write out, but it’s easy once you get to Garwali Mohalla. We deal with the day to day stuff of running a restaurant and bar. Sometimes the deliveries take a while because the lanes are narrow in Gali No -3. We just make do with the space we have. Most of the staff live nearby so we are all locals. It is a practical setup. We have been at this Lalita Park location for some time now. You see the same faces every day around here. It is just a normal business doing what we do. We don’t really go for big advertisements. We just stay busy with the work at hand. We also have to deal with the Delhi heat, especially being on the top floor, but the coolers keep us going. It’s a lot of work to keep things running in a place like this, with the traffic and the noise outside. We don't have a big corporate team, just us workers making sure the doors stay open. It's a real local spot in the middle of a very busy neighborhood.
