This branch is found at B34/A in Old DLF, Sector 14, right near the Surbhi Guest House. It’s an easy spot to find if you know the neighborhood, though the traffic in Gurgaon can make it a challenge some days. Unlike the massive glass buildings you see in the newer sectors, our office is in a more established part of town. It has a bit of an older feel to it, with narrow hallways and a lot of history in the walls. We handle the day-to-day banking needs for the people who live and work around Sector 14. It gets quite crowded in the mornings, and the waiting area is usually full of people reading newspapers or checking their phones. We have a small staff who have mostly been here for years, so we know many of the customers by name. The desks are always piled high with ledgers and forms that need signing. It isn't a flashy place, and the furniture is a bit dated, but it serves its purpose. We have a tiny break room where we keep a fridge for our tiffins. On hot days, the fans are always going full blast to keep the air moving. We don't bother with a lot of the corporate polish you might expect from a big name. We are just here to process the transactions and help people out with their accounts in a straightforward, no-nonsense way.
