Bajaj Allianz

Our office is over at number 3128 in Sector 23, Gurgaon. It is a pretty simple setup. We are Bajaj Allianz, but this specific spot is our local presence in the sector. Sector 23 is one of those places that feels like a real community. We are not in a massive mall or a high-rise tower. It is just a building among others. We have our desks and our chairs and the usual paperwork you would expect. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We do not have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so we just say it like it is. We are here to handle the day-to-day tasks. The street outside can get busy with people going to the local market, but inside it is just us doing our thing. We have got a small water cooler and a coffee machine that works most of the time. It is a very human way to spend the workday. No one is wearing a three-piece suit unless they really want to. We usually keep things casual and easy. We have been in Gurgaon for a long time, so we have seen how the city has grown around Sector 23. It is a good place to be. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings. It is just life here. There is always something to do.
