You can find us over at Aviva Towers on Sector Road. We are pretty close to the Golf Course in DLF Phase 5, Gurgaon. Aviva Life Insurance Company India Pvt. Ltd. is a big name, but inside the office, we are just a bunch of regular people. The building is quite recognizable in this part of town. It’s a busy area with lots of traffic and people always rushing around. Inside, we just try to keep things organized and get our work done. It isn't always perfect. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the AC is a bit too cold, but we manage. We aren't really into the whole corporate jargon thing. We just speak plainly and try to be helpful. Most of us have been working here in Gurgaon for years, so we know the area well. It is a professional place, but it doesn't feel cold or stiff. We talk about our weekends and share lunch sometimes. The location near the Golf Course is nice because it’s a landmark everyone knows. We don't spend time making up fancy missions or anything like that. We just show up every morning, sit at our desks, and handle the insurance side of things. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but it is what we do. We like being in DLF Phase 5 because it feels like the heart of the city.
