Avalon Aviation Academy

Our place is at House Number 544 in Sector 22B, Gurgaon. It's a regular building where we do all our training work. Most of what we do is about getting people ready for jobs in the aviation industry. We have classrooms set up and we spend the day going over manuals and procedures. It's a lot of information to take in, so we try to keep it simple. The students come in from all over the area. We aren't some big shiny school; it's more of a practical place where you learn what you actually need to know. Sector 22B is a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes during the day. We’ve been doing this for a while now. Some days we are just sitting around discussing how planes work or what to do in an emergency situation. It's serious work but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed so people can actually learn without feeling too much pressure. We don't have a huge marketing budget or anything. People mostly find out about us because they live nearby or heard from someone else who came here. We just focus on the lessons and making sure the students understand the material. It's a lot of reading and talking. We drink a lot of tea in the break room and talk about the industry. It’s just our daily routine here in Gurgaon.
