Aspirations Hospitality

Our place is at D-32 in Mohan Garden, which is over in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Uttam Nagar, you know how crowded and lively it is. Our building is on a narrow street, and there’s always something going on outside, like the vegetable sellers passing by or kids playing. We work in hospitality, which means our day is never really the same twice. Some days we are buried in phone calls, and other days we are out meeting people. The office is pretty small, just a few rooms with desks and chairs that have seen better days. We don't have a big sign out front, so you really have to look for the house number. The stairs are a bit steep, and the lighting in the hallway is kind of dim. We usually get tea from the vendor at the end of the block, and he knows exactly how much sugar we like. It’s a local business through and through. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly just write things down in big registers or use simple spreadsheets. The fan in the main room makes a clicking sound that we’ve all just gotten used to over the years. We are just a group of people trying to make things work in a busy part of Delhi. It’s honest work and we stay busy from morning until evening. There isn't much more to it than that.
