We spend a lot of time talking to people who are interested in the houses we are building around here. There is always some construction noise in the distance and plenty of dust because that’s just how it is in Rajasthan. We have some desks and a few models of the buildings we work on. It’s a very hands-on environment and we aren't afraid to get our shoes dirty when we go out to the sites. Most of us have been working here in Bhiwadi for years and we know every corner of this project. It’s not about being a big corporate machine, it’s more about being on the ground and seeing the houses go up brick by brick. We deal with all the paperwork and the planning right here in the village. Sometimes the heat is tough but we just have some water and keep moving. It’s an honest day's work and we like seeing the community grow.
