Our office is located at F 207 in Pandav Nagar, right on Samaspur Road. It’s a busy area and finding parking can be a real headache sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. This is where Ascent Air Pvt.Ltd. does its daily business. We deal with a lot of logistics and air-related coordination. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some maps on the wall and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. It's a hardworking space. We aren't tucked away in some fancy high-rise. We are right here on the ground, so to speak. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long—rickshaws, people talking, and the usual noise of Delhi. It keeps us energized, I guess. We have a small group of people working here. Most of us have been around for a long time. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. It’s that kind of place. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and making sure things move from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s mostly about solving little problems before they become big ones. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. It’s informal but we get the job done. It’s just us doing our best on Samaspur Road every day.
