Ascendas Property Management Services India is based at A3-603 in the Sahara Grace complex, located on the Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. Gurgaon is a place that never really stops moving, and being right on the MG Road means we see a lot of that action every single day. Our office is more of a hub for property details and management tasks rather than a place for showing off. We have a lot of folders and computers that keep us busy from morning until evening. Sahara Grace is a well-known spot, so people usually don't have too much trouble finding us once they get into the area. The commute can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic on the main road, but that is just part of living and working in Gurgaon. Inside the office, things are pretty low-key. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea during breaks. There is no corporate dress code here; we just wear what is comfortable and get on with the property work. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit hectic, but we manage to keep things organized. We aren't a huge team, so everyone knows everyone else. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We just focus on the property management side of things and try to be as helpful as we can without any fancy talk.
