Apra Motels (32Nd Milestone)

We've been at this spot in B-7, Sarswati Enclave for a good while now. It’s right near Sector-37 in Udyog Vihar, which is usually a pretty busy area. Our place goes by the name Apra Motels, but a lot of folks around here just call it the 32nd Milestone spot. It’s basically a building where we handle our daily business. We aren't one of those big, fancy hotel chains that have shiny lobbies and people in matching uniforms. It is more about just being here for anyone who needs a place to stay or has business in the area. The neighborhood is mostly a mix of small factories and houses. You can hear the traffic from the main road if you stand outside for a minute. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years. They know the building like the back of their hand. We don't spend much money on things like fancy decorations or expensive signs. We just try to keep the rooms ready and the lights on. It’s a very practical way of doing things. There’s a lot of noise during the day because of all the people working nearby, but inside it’s mostly just us doing our work. We get people who are just passing through and others who are here for work. It’s a regular business in a busy part of Gurgaon. We have seen the city change a lot around us, but we have stayed right here in the same spot for quite a while.
