Our branch is located in Vikas Puri, which is a very busy part of West Delhi. It is a neighborhood full of markets and people living their lives, and we are right there in the middle of it. We work on finance and credit stuff, which mostly means we spend our day on the phone or typing away at our desks. It is not like the big glass buildings you see in films; it is a regular office where we handle accounts and answer questions from folks who come in. Vikas Puri has its own pace, and it can be quite noisy with the traffic from the Outer Ring Road nearby. We have our daily routines, like the tea man coming around or sitting down for lunch together. Sometimes the computers are slow, or the air conditioning struggles in the middle of a Delhi summer, but we just keep going. We do not have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We are just a local team doing the work that needs to be done. It takes a lot of focus to make sure all the numbers are right and that the paperwork is finished. We have been at this address for a long time now. It is just a normal office with normal people trying to do an honest day’s work. We try to be helpful when things get confusing for the people who visit us.
