We've been handling things here at Type Iv No. 5 in the NCERT Residential Area for a while now. Nasirpur is a busy part of Dwarka, but our spot is tucked away near Prof. M. Sen Gupta’s place. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren’t used to the New Delhi traffic, but once you find us, it’s straightforward. Most people just call us American Express because that’s the name on the door. It’s not a big fancy office building or anything like that. It’s just where we set up to get the daily work done. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because of the specific numbering in this part of Dwarka, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with glass walls. We just focus on what needs doing. The neighborhood is quiet mostly, which helps us concentrate. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the NCERT signs and follow the lane back. We have a small desk and some computers. It isn't much but it works for us. We spend most of our time on calls or dealing with paperwork that comes in through the post. Being in New Delhi means there is always something going on outside, but inside we just keep it moving. It's a local operation even if the name sounds big. We try to keep things simple here without any extra fuss or complicated procedures that waste everyone's time. We’ve been here for years.
