We’re based out of number 93 in Sector 3, Sadiq Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area in New Delhi 110049, which makes our office feel a bit more like a home base than a cold business center. American Express might be a name people see on cards, but here in Sadiq Nagar, we’re just a group of people working together in a regular building. Our daily tasks involve a lot of checking details and making sure people's accounts and payments are handled properly. It’s steady work, and we take it seriously. The office isn't very big, so we all know each other well. We have our morning tea, check our emails, and start going through the files. Sometimes the neighborhood is quiet, and other times there’s a lot going on in the streets nearby. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls. We just have our desks and our computers. It gets busy during the middle of the month, but we manage to stay on top of things. Most of us have been working at this address for a long time. We like being in Sector 3 because it’s easy to get to, and it’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we’re just making sure the financial side of things stays in order for the people who use our services. It’s a practical, everyday job for us.
