American Express

We operate out of Sector 3 in Rohini, North Delhi. Our address is C-13/43, which is a standard residential structure converted into an office space. It might seem a bit quiet for a name like American Express, but this is where we handle a lot of the back-office paperwork and customer accounts. We don't have any big blue logos on the outside of the building. Inside, it’s just a regular setup with desks, chairs, and several filing cabinets. The commute to Rohini can be long if you’re coming from the other side of Delhi, but the sector itself is relatively calm compared to the busy markets. We spend our mornings going through files and talking on the phone. The furniture is nothing special, just sturdy things we’ve had for a while. Sometimes the street dogs outside get a bit noisy in the afternoon, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't a high-pressure sales floor; it’s more about keeping the records straight and making sure everything is in order. Most of us bring our lunch from home and eat together in the small break area. It’s a very grounded way to work, far away from the flashy corporate towers. People in the neighborhood know us as the office folks on the ground floor. We’ve been at this Delhi 85 location for quite some time now and it works well for our daily routine.
