We are based out of a quiet spot in Dilshad Colony, specifically at C-26/F2. It’s a residential part of Delhi, so it doesn't feel like you’re walking into a massive financial hub when you come to see us. This American Express office is more of a local branch where we handle specific customer accounts and paperwork. The office is on the first floor, and it’s actually quite small. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. It’s a bit different from what people expect when they hear the company name, but we like it this way. It’s more personal. We know the people who live in the building and the shopkeepers downstairs. The work is steady; we spend our time verifying details, processing applications, and making sure the files are in order. It’s quiet most of the time, except for the sound of the printers and the occasional delivery person knocking on the door. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we all bring our own dabbas and eat together in the small break area. It’s a simple, honest way to work. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just the day-to-day tasks that keep everything moving. The neighborhood is nice, and it’s a lot better than commuting into the center of the city every day. We've been here at number 110095 for quite some time now.
