We are in Shastri Nagar at A-726/3. This is a very packed part of Delhi, and finding a place to park a car is nearly impossible most days. Most of us just come on scooters or walk from the station. The office is small, just a couple of rooms in an older building. It’s definitely not the big glass building people might think of when they hear the name. We have basic desks and a lot of paper stacked up in the corners. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we have a few old fans that wobble a bit and make a lot of noise. We deal with credit card stuff and various finance things all day. It’s mostly just sitting at the screen and talking on the phone to customers. The local market is right around the corner, so it’s always loud with people buying vegetables or clothes. We get our lunch from the stalls nearby because the food is good and cheap. It’s a very honest way to work. No one wears a tie here. We just try to get the numbers right and help out the people who come by. Sometimes the neighbors stop in just to say hello or ask for help with something. It’s a very local feel for such a big name. The walls are a bit yellowed from age, but it’s a comfortable place.
