We’ve been over here at 44 Hauz Khas Apts for a while now. It’s a busy spot in the Dda Flats, mostly just folks coming in to sort out their card issues or asking about payments. Living and working in New Delhi means dealing with a lot of noise and traffic, but this little corner of Hauz Khas is where we get the work done. The office isn't anything fancy, just desks and computers and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day. People mostly know us for the credit cards, but on the ground here, it’s just us answering phones and filing papers. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet gets slow, just like anywhere else. We handle a lot of accounts from this flat. It’s more of a functional space than a showroom. You might have seen the sign if you live around the Dda area. We try to keep things moving so people don’t have to wait too long. It gets crowded in the afternoons when the sun is out, but we have the fans going. It’s just a regular office day for us, checking numbers and making sure the billing looks right for everyone. Most of us have been working here a couple of years. We know the neighbors and where to get the best snacks nearby. It’s just a steady routine of helping customers and managing the daily paperwork that comes with financial stuff. We like the neighborhood even with the parking troubles. It’s where our team feels at home while sorting out cards.
