American Express

We have been set up over here at D-7, 7014 in Vasant Kunj for quite a while now. Being in a busy part of New Delhi like this means there is always something going on right outside our doors. It is a pretty easy place to find once you get into the neighborhood and navigate the local streets. Most of our day is spent inside the office handling different things for American Express. It is a lot of looking at screens and talking to people about their accounts or whatever paperwork needs doing that afternoon. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that, just a regular workspace where we get our tasks finished. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it a bit of a hassle to get here in the morning, but we are used to it by now. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up when we need a break from the phones. Vasant Kunj has changed a lot over the years with more shops and cars everywhere, but our little spot stays mostly the same. We try to keep things organized, but with so much mail and so many files, there is always a bit of a mess somewhere. It is an honest way to spend the day, just working through the lists and making sure the numbers add up like they should. We just show up, do the job, and head home like everyone else in the city.
