Our office is found at 14-B / 38 in the Dev Nagar area of Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know Dev Nagar is a very busy, tightly packed neighborhood. The building is one of many in those narrow lanes, and it doesn’t really stand out from the rest. It’s a far cry from the big steel and glass towers in Gurgaon or Noida. We are right in the middle of the city’s hustle. Getting to the office involves navigating through some pretty heavy traffic and crowded sidewalks. Inside, the space is packed with desks and files. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work. You can hear the sounds of the street vendors and the traffic outside all day long. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a coffee bar. Most of us just get our tea from the guy on the corner. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the lighting is just standard tubes. It’s a very practical, no-frills environment. We spend our hours processing things and talking to people on the phone. It’s the kind of place where you just put your head down and get on with it. There’s a sense of being right in the thick of things here in Delhi. It’s not a polished corporate image, just a bunch of people working in an old neighborhood where the history is as thick as the humid air.
