Our office is at U-23/34 in DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon. It’s right in the middle of a very busy part of Haryana, with people always rushing around the 122002 area. Working for American Express here means we see a lot of activity every single day. The building is tucked into one of the blocks in Phase 3, which can be a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the layout. We’ve got the usual office setup—cubicles, some shared tables, and a small area for coffee and tea. It’s a lot of clicking and typing for most of the shift. The atmosphere is generally professional but we definitely have our moments of joking around to keep the mood light. Traffic in DLF Phase 3 is always a nightmare during peak hours, so most of us are experts at timing our commutes. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we’re given and try to finish them before the day ends. The nearby shops and eateries are great for when we need a break from the desk. It’s a standard Gurgaon life, really. High energy, lots of people, and always something happening around the corner. We’ve been in this specific spot for quite a while now and it’s become like a second home to many of us. There’s always someone working and something that needs to be finished.
