American Express Sevice Centre, Gurgaon

Even though the name says Gurgaon, we are actually over at A/702 in the Jijau Co-Op Housing Society. That's in Kamothe, specifically the Manasarovar area of Navi Mumbai. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like those cold glass offices in the city center. We handle a lot of service-related tasks from here. The space is a bit tight sometimes because we’ve got a lot of files and equipment squeezed in. It feels more like a home office that grew too big. We have neighbors who are just living their lives, so we try not to be too noisy. The commute to Manasarovar can be a bit of a pain depending on the trains, but we make it work. Most of us have our own routines. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just try to solve whatever problem is in front of us. The society is decent, and there are a few places nearby to grab a quick Vada Pav. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People who need us usually know where to find us. It’s just a regular group of people doing service work in a regular building. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the daily pile of work. It’s not flashy but it gets the job done.
