We are based at D-41, on the first floor of Uppal Southend in Sector 48-49, right on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. This part of Haryana has changed a lot over the years with all the new construction. Our office is in a busy commercial area where there are always people moving around. Being on the first floor is handy because we can see what’s happening on the street below. Most of our day is spent at our desks or in the breakroom grabbing a quick tea. The building has that typical office feel with fluorescent lights and rows of computers. Outside, Sohna Road is usually packed with cars and buses, especially during the morning and evening rush. We have a lot of people working here in different shifts, so the office never really feels empty. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we are used to it by now. There’s a small market nearby where we go for lunch sometimes. We don't really have any corporate decorations, just the stuff we need to get our tasks finished. The power backup is important here because Gurgaon has its fair share of outages. It’s a straightforward place to work, nothing too complicated about it. We just focus on the queues and the paperwork that comes in every day. The team is quite local, so we talk about the local news and the weather while we work.
