American Express Financial Center - East

This office is tucked away in Sector-9. We are in the Welcome Apartments at A-39. It's a bit of a quiet spot for a financial center but it works for us. People come by to talk about their accounts or sort out money stuff. Rohini is crowded so having a spot in the apartments is actually nice. We've been here for a while now. The desk is usually covered in papers and coffee mugs. We help people with their cards and payments. It's not a big glass building like you see in the movies. It's just a regular office space. Most of the staff lives nearby so we walk or take the rickshaw. Sometimes the internet acts up but we manage. Delhi is always moving fast. We try to keep up with the paperwork. It can be a bit boring some days just looking at numbers. But then someone comes in with a problem and we spend the afternoon fixing it. We don't do fancy speeches. If you need something, you just come to the door. We've got a small team here. It feels like a neighborhood spot even if it's about finance. We have a small waiting area with some old magazines. Nobody really reads them but they are there. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized among all the files. It's a simple life here in Rohini.
