American Express Business Travel

Our office is at Wz-37- D in Sant Garh, Tilak Nagar, right in the heart of New Delhi 110018. It’s where American Express Business Travel operates from on a local level. The streets outside are usually packed with scooters and people going to the markets. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking to travelers. We help get folks from one place to another, which sounds simple but there’s always some complication with a flight or a hotel. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, just the address and our team working away. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The carpets are a little worn and the tea station is always a bit messy, but that’s because we’re actually working. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We care about getting the bookings done correctly. Tilak Nagar is a lively spot to be based in. There’s always good food nearby for lunch. Sometimes the power cuts out for a minute and we all just wait and chat until it comes back on. It’s a very human way to work. We aren't a bunch of robots in suits. We are just people in Sant Garh trying to make travel easier for everyone else. It’s a daily grind, but it’s our grind.
