American Express Business Travel Unit

Our office is tucked away in Greater Kailash I, specifically at S-52. This is a well-known part of New Delhi, and it’s actually quite a nice area to be based in. It’s mostly residential around here, so it feels a bit quieter than the big business districts, though parking can be a real headache sometimes. We handle business travel, so our phones are always ringing with people trying to get from one place to another. Most of the staff here have been in the travel industry for years and know all the tricks for finding the right flights or hotels. We aren’t a huge team, but we stay busy. Our office is fairly plain—just desks, some maps on the wall, and stacks of travel documents. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do; we just book trips and fix problems when they come up. If a flight is canceled, we are the ones who have to stay late and figure out a new plan. It’s honest work and keeps us on our toes. We like being in GK-I because there are some decent spots nearby to grab a quick bite during lunch. It’s a very grounded workplace where everyone just pitches in to get through the day's tasks. We don’t have any grand statements to make; we just show up and do our jobs. It’s about getting people where they need to be safely.
