American Airlines

We've been at C 555 in Sushant Lok Phase 1 for a while now. Most people know the spot near the market area. It's just a regular office where we handle things for American Airlines here in Gurgaon. Some days it gets pretty busy with the phones ringing and others it's just us catching up on paperwork. The building itself is easy to find if you're in the neighborhood. We drink a lot of chai during the afternoon shifts. It’s not a fancy glass tower or anything like that. Just a practical workspace. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a small break area where the fridge makes a bit of noise. Most of the staff live close by in Haryana so we don't have to deal with too much traffic getting in. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out like everyone else in the area. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers pile up. It's just a bunch of us doing our jobs every day. If you walk past, you might see us through the window or hear us talking. We like being in this part of town because there are good food stalls nearby for lunch. It feels like a normal part of the community here. We usually head out around six and the local market is just starting to get crowded then. It is a decent place to spend the day.
