AMAKSHAY PARTNERS is located at PN-65 in Sector 44, over in the Shivaji Nagar area of Gurugram. It’s a decent-sized spot, not too far from the main hubs but quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. We’ve got a basic setup here with a few rooms and a main area where most of the work happens. The furniture is a bit of a mix-and-match situation because we bought pieces as we needed them over the years. It gives the place a lived-in feel, I suppose. There’s a small patch of grass outside the front door where we sometimes stand and talk when the weather isn't too hot. Inside, it's mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We don’t have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, check what needs to be done, and try to get through the list by evening. Most of us have worked in this part of Haryana for a long time, so we’re used to how things go around here. There’s a kitchen corner with a microwave and a kettle that gets used a lot for making tea. It’s an honest kind of place. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just have good computers and decent chairs. It’s just us doing our thing. The street parking can be a bit tricky if you arrive late.
