Alpha Future Duty Free Pvt. Ltd is based out of our office at 52 P, Sector-5, Part-3 in Gurgaon. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now, and it’s become our main hub for handling everything related to duty-free retail and logistics. It isn’t a flashy place with a big lobby or fancy decorations, but it serves us well for the kind of work we do every day. Most of our time is spent managing inventory, tracking shipments, and dealing with the various customs documents that come with duty-free goods. It’s a lot of coordination between different suppliers and making sure our records are accurate, which can be a real headache sometimes. We have a small, dedicated team here that keeps things moving behind the scenes. People often think duty-free is just about the shops you see at the airport, but there’s a whole lot of back-end work that happens in offices like ours to make sure those shelves stay stocked and the prices are right. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs correctly and keep the business running smoothly from this corner of Gurgaon. The office usually has a few stacks of files waiting to be processed and someone is always on the phone with a vendor. It’s a very practical environment where we focus on the daily tasks at hand. We like being in Sector-5 because it’s easy for our staff to reach. It's just regular work.
