You can find us at 202, Arihant Residency, which is in Ahinsa Khand - 2 in Indirapuram. Ghaziabad can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but our building is well-known enough. We are on the second floor of the residency. It’s a busy spot because Indirapuram has grown so much lately with all these new apartments and shops. Usually, we are busy with people coming in to ask about their phone plans or why their internet isn't working as fast as they want. It’s a lot of talking to customers and trying to sort out technical issues on the computer. The office gets a bit cramped when there are more than three or four people waiting, but we manage. We have our tea breaks out on the landing or just by the window. It’s a very local feel here. Everyone knows everyone else in the building. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. There’s always something to do, whether it’s filing paperwork or helping someone set up a new SIM card. It’s just the daily grind of a communications office. We keep the place tidy and try to get through the queue as fast as we can without rushing people too much. It’s just life in Ghaziabad and we are used to the noise and the pace.
