Our office is down in Sheikh Sarai, specifically in Phase-II. If you look for Pocket-L, you will find us on the ground floor of building B-25. It is a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you arrive late in the morning. We spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork and technical stuff. The office is pretty functional. We have some chairs for visitors and the usual office equipment you would expect. It is not a showroom or anything like that. Just a place where we work. New Delhi is a huge place but this little corner feels manageable. We have a small team here. Sometimes we are all talking at once on the phones. Other times everyone is just typing away quietly. We don't have a big reception area with fancy lights. It is just a door and some desks. Most people who come by are looking for help with their accounts or have questions about the service. We do what we can to sort things out. It has been our base for a while now. We like being on the ground floor because it is easier to pop out for a quick break. There is a lot of activity in the pocket, like kids playing or people walking. Sometimes the power flickers, but we just deal with it. It is a normal office with normal problems. We have some old manuals on a shelf that nobody really looks at anymore.
