Air India Reservation

If you need us, we are at House Number 1493 in Sector 7 Extension, Gurgaon. It’s in the 122001 area. This is where we handle the Air India reservation stuff. It’s not a fancy airport counter or a big travel agency office. It’s just a house where we have our systems set up to help people get their tickets sorted. The street is usually quiet, but we stay pretty busy inside. People call in all the time wanting to change their flights or check on their bookings. Sometimes the systems are slow and we have to ask people to wait, which can be a bit frustrating for everyone. We try our best to just get the job done. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the day. Sector 7 Extension is a nice enough place to be. It’s away from the main traffic of the highway. We just focus on the computer screens and the people on the other end of the line. It’s basic work, but it’s important for the folks trying to get where they’re going.
