Air India Express

Our office is located at 34/4 in Model Town, Gurgaon. It is a fairly quiet street compared to the main highways and the big glass buildings of Gurgaon, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise from the traffic. We have been at this address for a bit, and it feels more like a home than a corporate building. Air India Express is run by a small group of us here who handle the daily operations. We arrive in the morning, usually around nine, and get the systems started. There is a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though the dust in Gurgaon makes it a constant battle. Inside, the rooms are converted into workspace with computers and some basic metal shelving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at the computer screens. There is a small pantry in the back where we make coffee and sometimes heat up our lunch boxes during the break. It is a straightforward setup without any nonsense. We don't have any fancy decorations or art on the walls, just some calendars and a few maps pinned up. The people working here are mostly locals who live within a short commute. We know the neighbors, and they know us. It is just a regular day-to-day business where we try to stay on top of our tasks and keep things moving forward. It is not perfect, but it is our workspace.
