The office is located on the ground floor of F-22 in Bali Nagar. It’s a residential neighborhood in New Delhi, so it feels very different from an airport or a big commercial hub. We have a small entrance that leads right into the main work area. It’s basically just one big room with a few partitions that we put up ourselves to give people a bit of privacy. We handle a lot of the administrative side for the airline from here, like managing records and dealing with local paperwork. Since we are on the ground floor, we get a lot of people knocking on the window asking for directions, which can be a bit distracting sometimes. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, mostly just families living their lives, so we try not to make too much noise ourselves. We have a small tea station in the corner with a kettle that takes forever to boil. The furniture is a mix of stuff we’ve picked up over the years, so nothing really matches, but it’s comfortable enough for an eight-hour shift. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that, just a small nameplate by the door. It’s a simple, honest place to work. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor because we’re usually too busy keeping up with the daily tasks. It’s just a regular office for regular people doing their bit for the company.
