We operate out of Flat 106 in Malyagiri Towers over in Kaushambi. Being in Ghaziabad, specifically this part of UP, means we are right in the middle of a very busy and sometimes dusty area. The towers are easy to spot from a distance. Our space is basically a bunch of desks where we handle business processes. It’s not a huge sprawling campus, just a regular office in a building with other businesses and some residents. We have people coming and going at different hours because of the way shifts work in this industry. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially during the overlap. Most of the staff takes the bus or shares rides to get here. We spend our day managing data or talking to clients on the phone. It's the kind of work that requires a lot of focus and a lot of patience. The building itself has seen better days, and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it serves our purpose fine. We don't do anything too fancy. We just come in, put on our headsets, and get to work. Sometimes the elevators in Malyagiri Towers take forever, so we’ve learned to leave a few minutes early or just take the stairs if we're only going up a floor or two. It’s a typical office life with the usual ups and downs. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; we’re just a local BPO team doing our daily tasks.
