Aegis Bpo

Our office is over at 1690/6 in Rajeev Nagar. It’s a pretty standard building for this area. We have a lot of people coming and going because of the shift work. It’s a BPO, so the activity never really stops. Inside, it’s rows of desks with headsets and monitors. It can get quite noisy when everyone is talking at once, so we’re used to the constant hum of voices. The lighting is that bright fluorescent kind that stays on day and night. We have a small break area where there’s a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. The carpets are a bit worn out in the hallways because of all the walking. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some basic notices and the holiday schedule. Working in Rajeev Nagar is okay, there are some tea stalls nearby where people go during their breaks. The parking outside is always a bit of a mess, so most of us try to come by bus or share a ride. We handle a lot of calls and data for different clients. It’s the kind of place where you put on your headphones and just focus on the screen for a few hours at a time. We’ve got a mix of young people and some who have been here for years. It’s a practical environment designed for work, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep the systems running and take the calls as they come.
